Sanil Electric, taking the lead in establishing corporate ethics to fulfill its social responsibilities, accepts reports of unethical or corrupt behavior by its employees.
Submitted reports will be processed in accordance with the guidelines of the Company Code of Ethics. Please be advised that product-related complaints, such as customer grievances or after-sales service issues, will be transferred to the relevant department without prior notice.

Target for reporting

  • Corruption/Irregularity
    Embezzlement and misappropriation of public funds, performance manipulation, false reporting, leakage of trade secrets or information, receipt of undue benefits using position/duties, and abuse of authority, etc.
  • Vendor
    Unfair practices such as accepting bribes or entertainment, providing preferential treatment, a lack of transparency in vendor selection, and human rights violations
  • Conflict of interest
    Transactions with interested parties, money loans between employees, stock trading using insider information, having two jobs or side jobs, equity investments, etc.
  • Violation of the regulation
    Non-compliance with environmental/safety/quality regulations, leakage of customer information, improper solicitation, etc.
  • Hindering the organizational culture
    Workplace bullying, sexual harassment, verbal abuse/assault, discriminatory acts, excessive personal errands during work hours, dereliction of duty, etc.
  • Other acts violating ethical management

  • Refrain from making defamatory remarks or reporting matters related to personal privacy.
  • Anonymous reports that are unclear or difficult to verify may be terminated without any notice.
  • Please be advised that reports regarding after-sales service requests, customer service complaints, and vendor complaints will be transferred to the relevant department without prior notice.

Whistleblower Protection

Sanil Electric maintains a whistleblower protection policy to ensure the identify of informants remains strictly confidential.
Any retaliatory acts, such as discrimination or disadvantage against the informant, may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the company's relevant regulations.

  • The informant's identity and the content of the report will be kept strictly protected.
  • The informant will not face any disadvantages in status or discrimination in working conditions.
  • For online reports, the system is configured to prevent IP tracking, so the informant cannot be identified.
  • If a whistleblower experiences discrimination or retaliation, he or she may immediately notify the auditor and request necessary measures.
  • People who make statements or provide materials during the investigation of a report are also protected under the whistleblower protection policy.
